While I'm considerably sick and damn tired of my home state of Florida, I do love living here in the States cause I've got 49 other options to consider, of which I'm considering Illinois (Chicago) New York (need I say more) Georgia (Savannah), California (*see "New York") the list goes on. While there are a LOT of things that I'd love to see improved upon in our society and government, and there are other countries I've considered moving to (Canada, UK,...only reason I don't consider your homeland is because everything wants to fucking KILL YOU! Even the house spiders!!! *has arachnophobia*) I couldn't be happier here in the USA, ignorance and all! ^o^/

You live in Florida? I spoke to Sterling Quinn last night (who's studying at the top animation school there) with my mate T-Bird form the UK and he told me about the city... Pretty ghetto downtown! O_O; But anyways hope you can find the right place to migrate to.

San Fran and New York as you already know are bloody darn expensive but hey Chicago's pretty darn awesome - been there last year and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Shawn (who went to 2 Summer of Sonics by now).

Depends where in Downtown you are. There's Biscayne Boulevard, Brickle Bay and Miami Rive. Brickle Bay is the ritz of the ritz, Biscayne Bay is upper middle class, Miami River is middle class down. (Srsly, they say you can fish there and find a corpse before you catch a fish) Some placese have the wrong side of the tracks. We've got the wrong side of the bridge.

I KNOW they're expensive, but South Florida is NO different. Plus I'm getting damn tired of getting denied jobs because either I'm not Hispanic or "No habla Espanol". -_-

Boy finding employment ain't so easy down there... I'd hate to be in a situation like that, no matter how hard your try you get denied under circumstances beyond control. I only hope for that best. *thumbs up*

The DK VO's? Man that project's been on hold for so long. I haven't any plans to work on it anytime soon but yeah I'll get back to you on that when I'm opening it again. Any changes on the mic and do you have a pop filter? Just wondering. *thumbs up*

I'm cool here, but I might point out that what you're looking for is kinda relative.

The reason I'm fine here might just be that I grew up here and I'm used to it. Likewise, if I immigrated to Australia on your word that it was awesome, I might be disappointed because you would lack the point of reference for comparing it with the US.

So I guess it would help you narrow it down alot of we knew what you were looking for...?

Nah I'm just wondering about how you guys gauge your happiness living there at a general level. I wasn't after specifics but if people could provide me with those that's a bonus! :)

I like it here, been here all my life, though there are going to be some bad shitness here, but then again, other countries have some bad shitness as well. I kinda live a decent life though, and hopefully have a fully life, once I moved out in two years when I transfer to another college(I could be in UCLA, or Academy of Art University{which is in San Fransico}). I read where you might live, and I'm like "OME HE'S GOING TO CALIFORNIA, THAT'S WHERE I'M FROM!!!!!! :faint:" Now here's my question, which city of California are you going to move? Or would you like to keep that classified? ;)

I'd say San Francisco is a place I'd like to check out. But I also don't mind trying San Jose', Santa Cruz, or San Diego. As for L.A.... Erm... XXD;;

Ooh, decisions, decisions. There are other cities that has lovely nature, and feels like a small town, such as Santa Barbara and Monterey. Been there twice, and I still love it.

I like the particular area I live in and there's a lot about the country that I like in general, and there's also a lot that I dislike as well. As much as I could rant about the dislikes, it could be worse, and every country is going to have its own set of problems.

Out of curiosity, where in the US would you move to if you were to live here?

But I'm pretty happy here and blessed to have been born in this free country. Granted it has its ups and down like any other place, no country is perfect.

How you choose to live here is up to you.

Things are difficult, but it's difficult everywhere. I do think though, that nothing is being done to improve things for average people, and so it just stumbles along.

Well I'm happy to live here. Yeah, sometimes people ( and by people I mean those high, ever so foolish people) are unfair, but hey there's always a way around ;p Anywho, I guess I'm happy here, then again I don't live an a big city. Live in a small city/big town (idk what to call it XD) so everyone knows everyone, things are nice and slow, there are real trees and real grass and real cornfields, bean fields, and farms (lol) and it doesn't have huge metro-city noises (like beeping cars and sirens and construction...most of the time XDD ) Guess it depends on where you live here in the us and what you like. and i just wrote a lot XDD
