Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

IT'S LAUNCH TIME! (05th November 2010)

I haven't made an official announcement here yet but yes, Jason and myself have working very hard for the past couple of months to get this beautiful website up and running.

Everything is set, the comic is archived, the featured fanart is on site, the oekaki system is operational for communication between fans and all the other necessities are up there right now - all with the exception of the STORE (I've still got time to make updates on it in the coming future, so don't you worry you'll get your copy of the book.

)

A very special thanks to Jason aka

for taking the time and dedication once again for creating another brilliant website that is associated to my comic/cartoon endeavours. He's been a great friend and a wonderful help to the whole process, it shall go down in the history books for sure on my part.

So enjoy the site and don't miss out for future updates! The adventures of GRAND HUNTER truly begins today!

Slight Delay...! (02nd November 2010)

Oh blimey! It was as expected but things didn't go according to plan as scheduled...

I had been given extra shifts for work last fortnight and hench I was unable to make the official opening of the GRAND HUNTER website with Jason that was scheduled for Halloween. My apologies for that.

However not to worry, I've got 3 days off after I come back from work tomorrow so the site grand opening WILL proceed within a couple of days.

Darkspeeds' New Drafting Room! (28th October 2010)

It's been a whole day but it's been worth the set up! My brand new drafting room is complete! Originally my bedroom recieved a makeover a month ago and now it is transformed into my own studios - a place where I'll be doing most of the creative work!

ALMOST... There...!: (20th October 2010)

This drawing I did at the 'Darkspeeds Oekaki' board pretty much sums up how I'm feeling about the official GRAND HUNTER website updates lately...

We're SO close to having it open that it's not funny! X_X; XD Cuz when that happens I can FINALLY work on the damn comic properly! XXD I will also be adding concept sketches and full coloured pieces from time to time just to mix things up a little.

Jason's been doing an excellent job with getting the website up to where it should be and I have a lot to thank him for over the past month overlooking the project.

For now let's just sit back and say that this baby's going to open before Halloween comes.

Oh and also! A special thanks to all of those who had participated in contributing drawings to the oekaki board! I've noticed quite a fair few have signed up, but where are you all? Come and get inspired, and more importantly, get drawing! There's nothing more better than to express your creations with an 'easy to pick up and play' program such as the oekaki! Give it go guys and gals!

Ash and Fei has An Announcement To Make: (14th October 2010)

This was a load of fun to do. X3 I can't believe how simple it is to upload your own drawings on a public board both 'live' and 'instantaneously'.

What's also cool is that you get to record your own progress - this is an excellent feature as it will also give insight as to how the artist draws in their own style. Use this as a learning tool boys and girls!

Darkspeed's Oekaki Board! - Start Drawing Kiddies!! ^^ (14th October 2010)

Great news folks! The GRAND HUNTER website is almost complete!
So far Chemb0t has done an excellent job getting things together for the site, I'm just adding in the contents as we go along.

However what's even more beautiful about the news is that he's managed to set up this sweet-as personalised oekaki board for my official website (i.e. www.darkspeeds.com).

So yeah what are you waiting for? Let's check out the submissions you have to offer to the table.

Be sure to read through the rules to the oekaki board first before registering and posting your hand drawn illstrations live! It's that simple, so simple that it only took me 10 minutes to start drawing my first picture!

Just saw the website and reread the pages you got so far from the beginning.

This is inspiring for me to get my fancomic project up and running. We're hoping to launch in December. We're hosted on dA but...another mirror might be nice...gotta rally the troops now. *gets to thinking*
