The Fate of a Maverick

Heh... a change of pace from my usual Sonic artwork ne?

Once again, I had a private drawing competition with the ever awesome artist (and long time SoaH CitY peep-friend of mine... ) Elie_Crystal!

It's a scene from the ever popular Megaman X series. ^_~ This one was taken from MegaMan X4 playing as Zero. YOu fight Iris near the end of the game, really sad that scene after the fight.

I wish I could write more for this picture, but I just can't help writing more about the event of the competition. What happenned and what was my reactions of the wonderful occasion? ^_^ It's still going that poll... I'm going to conclude the winner as soon as I'm done with this.

All I can say is that I was very shocked to find that Elie_Cyrstal had the same idea for a scene when we both released our material at the same time... X_X

I was so shocked that I was also in the state of experienceing other emotions and feelings too... *blushes* Ack! I think I'll stop and just post this, I've explained enough in the SoaH CitY... in fact... just for records sake.

I'm.. I'm just shocked.. really I'm... I just can't express how suprised I'am Elie... you know I did this because... well... er.. *blushes*

Wow that pic has a lot of ressemblence of my feelings towrds you Elie!
I mean if I was Zero and you were Iris at that time, I swear I would replicate that scene with my heart and soul like that.

Ack! Sorry to get emotional... it' really a facinating outcome! O____O That it was what we thought the scene would fit best to capture the hearts of many including ours.

Congratulations on an all-out-awesome masterpiece Elie_Crystal. This voting stuff only tears more burden into the game, but it just to show that majority of the guys here (friends ansd sibblings) can't help but to accept both pictures as masterpieces. I don't care if I lose or if you do, it matters nothing to me.

I'm so glad this turned out to be.... I'm currently at my friends place staying over for a night (just a sleepover for the holidays which explains why I was late. I'm very sorry if I got you waiting. *deep hugs*
