I'm being serious guys, start creating! 8-)


Anyways here's a sample advert created for the 50 page art book that I'm going to submit to the Archie Booth at Comic Con 2013. This is part of an important project that will give Archie Publications an impression that I'm downright serious about what I can offer to their publications department should I be accepted for an internship one day.


The logo design and concept 'Sonic Art Collection' (which will be explained a little more in a future journal post) was created in Photoshop. I decided to keep it clean and simple.


So yeah more details and a repeat announcement of this contest this week. Anyone can enter so get cracking! If you got any questions please don't hesitate to PM me or post a comment here. Good luck! *thumbs up*

Just going to post this one here too mate:

You can work on any dimension you'd like - but keep in mind two things:

i) Images must be done at 300 dpi for a better quality print on the magazine.
ii) Make sure you consider how you're going to present your artwork should it be picked for a top place - go and utilise the full A4 Letter sized page (vertical/portrait alignment).

Yes you can post it on deviantART - just be sure to send it to my e-mail too (that part is a requirement for all artists entering into the contest). I wish you all the best!
