One day when I have the time I may make a book based soley on 'How to Draw' Sonic the Hedgehog characters (presenting the official 'adventure' style in the first book).
A simple, easy to learn, observational styled tutorial - using as little words possible to teach or give fans a guideline on how to draw their favourite hedgehog and his friends.
Who would like to get a copy from yours truly?
The more feedback I get on this I may seriously consider writing to SEGA of America on permission to publish this sort of recreational book for fans around the world! = )
Anyway these are commissions done for a dedicated fan of the blue blur in the United States named Andrew Paulson and I believe that his website 'Sonic Scene' will promise something amazing for the Sonic fan community in the future. Please do me a kind favour and check it out using this link! [link]
To download these pieces individually for a print-out please visit the 'How to Draw' section on Andrew's Sonic fan site! [link]
It would be pretty cool if you made a How To Draw Sonic book. A year ago, I couldn't draw Sonic if my life depended on it! I think your drawings are really helpful, and now I can draw Sonic pretty good now, thanks to you!
Those are really effective, clear, and strong model/base/pose skecthes you use ^^ I like them, I might use something more clear like that in future, you make it look so easy
