Music Theme for Current Deviation:

Sonic Jam Museum theme - One of my most favourite Sonic music compositions of all time. ^_~

Midi version - Sadly I couldn't find the MP3 version anywhere... I can only listen to it when I play the game. Maybe one day I can record it myself and let you listen to the elegance and beauty of it. ^_~ If you listen to it closely it is a soft and soothing version of Sonic 3 & Knuckles file select BGM. ^_^ Enjoy! ^_~

You may be wondering who drew those. ^_^

Checking the date now it'll be 5 more day’s time before I can say to myself that I have been a Sonic-fan-artist for three years now. ^_^

Ever since I turned on the Sega Saturn and played through Sonic Jam... Ever since I've entered the 'Museum' and 'Character' houses in the game and viewed those totally magical and awe-inspiring pics...

I said to myself that day...

"I will draw Sonic and rise up somehow to be a Sonic Team styled artist."

Well it's been three years now and all the hard work really pays off. ^_^

I know I'll never have the chance to work for the company, there are many reasons why and I don't need to go through them here. ^_~

All I ever want to be at this level is to reach out to other fans of the interest we so love and work from there. =) I don't want to go any higher than that otherwise it'll be considered a full-time job. *thumbs up*

The feedback and appreciation I get from friends, sibbling and fans of the concept is enough for me. ^_~ Thank you for sticking by with me and taking the time to enjoy the stuff I do on each and every occasion. ^_~

I won't last long though... I'll have to give myself 2-3 more years because after that I would've tried my best to finish a university degree that I've promised to my parents. ^_~

When I start working I won't be able to have the chance to draw consistently... This explains why I put myself to doing these comics as much as I can from now during the holidays and until the final years in uni. ^_~

It’s been an enjoyable experience and a a fantastic rollercoaster ride! I've made friends who became best friends up till now, I've met many people with totally awesome and professional talents in the arts, I've been appreciated and respected by those fantastic artists and I've also ventured into personal development and learning life's lessons as I go along.

Thank you for making it possible for me it’s been a pleasure. ^_^

The Present:

Well right now I'm most happy to see that I have been able to achieve one of the things what I've always wanted to do for a lifetime. ^_^

This picture of Sonic and Tails resembles a touch of nostalgia not only to you but also to me. ^_^

I couldn't believe I was able to produce this... Not like the classic style... Details of where I got my inspirations from are listed here. ^_~

<url>

It's really cool when you've said to yourself a long time ago that you've always wanted to draw and colour it just like that and then you happen to realise you can do it! O_O

So now I will show you how cuz I believe that you can do it too. ^_~ If you have the commitment and patience then you can achieve anything. ^_~

A word of advice that I have picked up from reading the Japanese manuals of each Sonic old-school series throughout:

- Sonic 1
- Sonic 2
- Sonic 3
- Sonic 3 & Knuckles

When I was playing and researching Sonic Jam - Sonic had a motto that consistently reminded the player this:

"Don't just sit there and waste your precious time. When you want to do something do it right away. Do it when you can. It's the only way to live a life without regrets."

Neat huh? ^_^...

After reading that message that was hidden from my eyes for the past 3 years I realised that this message rang true throughout my online life being an active Sonic-fan-artist and just being myself...

I've tried new things, showed them and got feedback that has entrusted into my memories forever. ^_~

May you do the same too with your artistic talents friends and sibblings. ;)

*hugs them all tight* ^_^

Take it easy and have confidence in yourself. ;)
