These are two characters that I believe to be suggested in the next (possible) revolutionary series of Sonic Adventure . ^_^ (of course it's not official...
...)
For those who may recognise some of the features on these characters, I have got some inspiration from two valuable artists on DA/Sonic community.

JFF POLICY
:-- "Just For Fun Series" is used for the following reasons:
1) A teaser page for a current manga I'm working on. (e.g. Tails Away)
2) A resource page for a current manga I'm working on. This means a page that is sketched before-hand. A page that is drawn before the final finishing touches are added to the page. This is for those who wish to understand how some pages are drawn in the process.
3) A concept sketch of some sort. Maybe a character design of the latest manga: 'Healing Hearts' or a map/script in drawing of a certain chapter I'm doing.
4) A blooper of some sort but not done in the quality that is of a regular manga page with shading or other specified methods (e.g. coloured).
:-- All JFF pieces are sent to the scrapbook within a weeks time. Depending on the artist's decision, if he feels it should continue to stay in the 'deviant' gallery then it shall be done.
LEGALITIES
:-- Sonic Adventure 4 unofficial concept (C) by Darkspeeds
:-- Ruby & Ashes (C) by Darkspeeds
:-- Designs for Ruby inspired by TWULF's 'bird anatomy' & 'unique beak' design and; Facial designs for Ashworth inspired by one of Ayamepso's characters

Hey, where'd Sonic Adventure 3 go? ;.; *Kicked*
Sorry xD This is very interesting, though! New characters.. I actually thought they were an addition to the Tails Away cast.. but it's interesting that you're making yet ANOTHER story xD!! Wow.. you're so full of ideas and stuff "O___O" There's that "Healing Hearts" story as well! What are you gonna do with that? ;.; I haven't really seen a mention of that in a while.. are you canning it or is it still there in your head?
But anyway.. I like Ruby's design a lot ";___;" She's so cuuuute! She reminds me of Bean the Dynamite Duck and stuff xD Is she gonna be green as well? *Hit*
Maybe she could end up being another nuisance like Bean.. but then why not just bring Bean back? Maybe Ruby will be more useful than him, though.. and maybe not specialise in bombs at all xD She looks more like a cheerful and hyper adventurer.. do I see another one with flying skills, too? The numbers keep increasing.. Miles' is no longer as original now xD With Cream and stuff.
.. Her shoe-design is adorable, for some reason xD A very floaty girl.. with even feathers on the shoes. That's really cute ;.;
And the other character.. I actually thought his name was mispronouncable at first xD I see now.. Ashworth.. and it's good that you gave him a shorter nickname on the side.. that'll probably be the one used mostly xD Like "Tails" instead of "Miles". I am a minority in the group that calls him by the real name ;.; Eep.
But yeah.. he has a really cool design "O___O" Reminds me a lot of Shadow.. except less lame ;.; *Hit*
Maybe he could be a permanent minion-enemy-like character or something.. and not as angsty and whiny.
Let's have a REAL bad-ass for once! xD I mean.. the normal cliche lately is that the enemy will turn good either permanetly or temporarily.. being helpful to the heroes and stuff. Eggman did that at the end of Sonic Adventure 2, even. And that says a lot.. let's have a big, slimy, merciless rat for once xD
.. Gawd, I miss Fang. *Hit*
But yeah.. great designs for the characters! Very interesting ^.^ What kinda animal is Ashworth? Is he some sort of wolf-weasel hybrid?
